their overseas relatives to join them in Australia. This includes
Spouse/Partner; Prospective Spouse; Child; Adopted Child; Parent;
Orphaned Relative; Carer; Aged Dependant Relative and Last Remaining

the application has to be assessed against the relevant criteria
for the visa.

Business Skilled
Migration
The purpose of the Business Skilled Migration program is to encourage
successful business people to settle and invest in Australia to
enhance the Australian economy by developing new businesses or
enhancing existing ones. These businesses would be expected to
generate and maintain employment in Australia, increase Australian
export of goods and services, increase commercial activity and
competitiveness and develop new technology.
First you must apply
for a Business Skilled Provisional Visa which will allow you to
stay in Australia for up to four years. During this time you will
develop new or engage in existing businesses and maintain direct
involvement in managing the business or manage substantial investments
in Australia.
High-calibre business
migrants sponsored by State or Territory governments can apply
directly for a Business Skilled Migration Visa.
